It's been 15 yeeeeears. Phew. So some things have happened since leaving my weebie past behind. ・I currently work as a voice actor casting director in Tokyo, Japan, casting Japanese voice actors for drama CDs and live-streaming programs and stuff. It's pretty neat. ・I have NOT gotten better at drawing. God just looking at some of my past stuff makes me cringe. ・I finally got away from the high school bullies, and I have a very nice "family" over in Japan. ・Still haven't gotten a boyfriend! In 15 years! Wowzers! ・I now have two dogs--Philo and Aurica and they're adorable little poodles and I love them to bits. ・I don't watch anime anymore. It tires me out. Knowing voice actors directly and involving myself with them on a personal level makes it stressful to listen to. ・MAN WHAT ABOUT THAT CORONAVIRUS AMIRITE And that's about it! I have begun college! 6 months ago! But I don't take much time on DA journals. I'm playing "The Last Story", the Japanese version. I have sworn off English-dubbed games. I have a Japanese Wii now. Why the crap are they changing all the names of the character in The Last Story?! It makes no sense. OK, so Elza's name sorta sounds girly, but they went beyond that and changed ALL the names. Instead of the beautiful, normal fantasy name Kanan, they changed our heroines name to "Callista". WTF, CALLISTA?! That's one of the ugliest names I've ever heard. Yes! I'm going to Japan! Tomorrow! And I graduated high school today. It feels like a big load has been taken off my shoulders. I hated high school. I got bullied, classes were boring... So that's good! So Japan! I'm visiting various voice acting agencies to drop off my demo cd's. I'm nervous... I will also buy a lot of anime goods. Yays! I just bought Pokemon Black for the trip.
